We at Clark N Palmer strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Policy
We are delighted to offer a 3-day return policy. However, please note the following:

Refunds are not provided. All eligible returns will be processed as credit notes or gift cards only.

A ₹80 charge applies for return shipping and reverse logistics.

For missing items or damaged products, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Note:
We do not offer free shipping on international returns.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the sunglasses.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All tags, stickers, and packaging must be intact.

The original invoice must be included in the return.

No scratches, damages, or alterations should be present.

Lenses, frames, and hinges must be intact and undamaged.

Returns Not Accepted If:
The return request is raised after the 3-day window.

Product is used, worn, or tampered with.

Any part of the package is missing, including accessories or covers.

Free gifts are not returned along with the order.

Items purchased during sale events, or using a credit note, cannot be returned.

Return is attempted without prior approval from our support team.

Custom-made or personalized sunglasses orders are non-returnable unless received damaged.

To initiate a return:

Our Customer Care team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

We will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product.

Damage Policy
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing or transit, we will arrange a replacement.

Please report such issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds are not provided for damaged products, only replacements are processed.

Exchange Policy
We also offer 3-day exchanges for sunglasses.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

For prepaid orders, if cancelled before dispatch, a gift card will be issued.

COD orders cannot be cancelled once placed and shipped.

Customized Sunglasses
If you have ordered customized sunglasses, they are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
However, if your customized product is received in a damaged condition, send an email to xyz@gmail.com with a clear picture of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will verify and provide a replacement if the claim is valid.
